I am available for counseling sessions with children ages 5-14. They may be struggling with feelings of anxiousness or depression, emotional regulation, relationships with peers and family members, or behavioral problems.
There are many benefits for you to not use insurance for counseling services. When claiming insurance, your options are limited to who you are able to see and what parts of your treatment plan are covered. Also, your therapist needs to diagnose you to get reimbursed. Often times, insurance companies do not pay the entire cost of the session, leaving you to be responsible for paying the remainder in addition to your co-pay and deductible. There is a sliding scale of reduced fees for self-paying clients.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. I am in network for Medicaid, Forward Health, Children's Community Health Plan, United, WPS, and Arise insurance. Some insurance companies offer partial payment for out of network services. Contact your provider for the conditions of your plan before your first appointment.
Contact me via phone at (920) 445-8783 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can talk to see if your child and I will be a good fit together. Then we will meet for an intake session to gather more information and create some goals.
